We program music for a wide range of events: multi-day festivals, brand activations, corporate gatherings, private parties, hotel and beach club residencies, weddings, product launches and cultural experiences. Our approach adapts to the scale and vision of each project, from intimate 50-person dinners to 5,000-person festival stages.
For festivals and large-format events, we recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months in advance to allow time for artist curation, contract negotiation and production planning. For private events and brand activations, 4-8 weeks is typically sufficient. That said, we have successfully executed events on shorter timelines when needed — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
Our core expertise is in electronic music (house, techno, afro house, organic downtempo, melodic), Latin electronic, world music fusion and live bands. However, our network extends across virtually every genre. If your event calls for jazz, classical, Latin pop, hip-hop or anything else, we can source and curate the right talent through our extended network of artists and agencies.
While Tulum is our home base and where much of our work is concentrated, we operate across Mexico, Latin America, and internationally. We have relationships with artists, venues and production partners in Mexico City, Cancún, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Miami, Ibiza, Berlin and other key markets. If your event is happening somewhere new, we are happy to explore the opportunity.
Our full-service event programming includes: artist curation and lineup building, contract negotiation, technical rider management, scheduling, sound system consultation, artist hospitality and travel coordination, on-site artist management, and day-of production oversight. We can also provide partial services if you already have some elements in place.
We offer full-service artist management that includes career strategy, booking and touring, brand partnerships, PR and media (through Like Media), release strategy and international expansion. Our management agreements are tailored to each artist's needs and career stage. We typically begin with a discovery phase to understand your goals before proposing a management structure.
Yes. While we specialize in full-event programming, we also handle individual artist bookings. If you have a specific artist in mind or need a recommendation for a particular event, reach out and we will coordinate availability, negotiate terms and manage all logistics on your behalf.
Sonic branding is the process of defining how your brand sounds. This can include curated playlists for physical spaces (hotels, restaurants, retail), custom music compositions for advertising and digital content, sound logos, and ongoing music direction for brand activations and events. We work with you to understand your brand identity and translate it into a cohesive sonic experience that reinforces your positioning.
